 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 09/21/25 - I phoned Pinnacle Plumbing of VA on a Sunday and Jon promptly answered and scheduled an appointment for Monday, to address my home well pressure tank problems.  My call was followed by several updates and the name and photo of my serviceman.  Ashton texted me on Monday to advise me he was on the way and arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment.  He was friendly and professional and determined that my pressure tank had to be replaced after 20 years of use.  He obtained an estimate from the office which we approved.  Luckily he had a new one on the truck and installed it in under an hour.  This entire process was painless and efficient and took care of our water issues perfectly.  Our experience was so positive that we will always use Pinnacle Plumbing of VA whenever repairs or service are needed. Since my first call to Pinnacle Plumbing of VA as described above, I've had to call them on 10/9/25 for a well pump failure, and again on 10/18/25 for a problem with our water filtration system.  Because our river home is over 20 years old, all three issues were unrelated, but rather the result of systems wearing out requiring repair and/or replacement.  I have to recognize Pinnacle Plumbing for their first class customer service and response to all three service calls.  They did an incredible job on all three issues, and have restored our water issues in short order.  I definitely recommend Pinnacle Plumbing of VA for any plumbing needs in their Northern Neck Service area.  We've found no one better!!

He was courteous, professional, and made sure he went over everything with me before doing the job.  He worked much longer than he anticipated but it was no fault of his.  He cleaned up afterwards and showed me how to work everything. I was impressed with the company as a whole since I called yesterday requesting help and they sent someone this morning.  I hopefully will never need services from this company again, but if I do I will be calling Pinnacle and requesting Ashton. P.S. We recently experienced a complete water outage at our motel, and after being turned away by other plumbing companies—either due to high pricing or lack of availability—Pinnacle Plumbing of Virginia truly came through for us. Jon, the plumber who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He initially diagnosed that both the pressure switch and pressure gauge were faulty—the gauge was completely filled with water. He replaced both components quickly and efficiently, but when the water still wouldn’t turn back on, he didn’t stop there. Instead of walking away, Jon went the extra mile and contacted a well company to help get to the root of the issue. Thanks to his persistence and problem-solving, the issue was fully resolved and water was restored to the motel. All of this was done at a fair and reasonable price. Where other companies failed to help, Pinnacle Plumbing stepped up and delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication truly set them apart.
